Conform, Dream, Risk
From a young age, I've always been driven by the desire to challenge conventional thinking and explore the unknown. With an exemplary academic path, from early education to medical school, I quickly realized that I would probably only feel fulfilled by carving out my own path. For years, I clung to the security of a conventional life, but the call of entrepreneurship was a constant, sometimes uncomfortable companion. Facing conventions isn't easy – the unknown is frightening, and blazing new trails is hard.
Art and Science
I'm glad I persisted: it's in entrepreneurship that I find the perfect balance between creativity and analytical thinking. It's precisely this interplay of forces that makes me feel complete: on one side, the artistic freedom to dream and create, imprinting my vision and essence onto my projects; on the other, the scientific approach to problem-solving, in an objective and analytical manner.
The Journey, the Conquest, and a New Goal
Coming from culturally diverse but financially limited origins, my path in the sector was not without challenges. It required determination, study, and a willingness to learn from every experience – especially the painful ones. My investment portfolio grew in volume and quality as my self-confidence and the quality of my network increased. Before turning thirty, my real estate portfolio had already secured my financial independence; by thirty-eight, I had achieved a very comfortable level of success, which finally allowed me to fully recognize the transformative power of a good portfolio. It was precisely this transformative power, in my life and those around me, that inspired the creation of CONDATO.

I wanted to address what I felt was lacking as an investor, buyer, and seller. My ambition was clear: to redefine the luxury real estate experience, sharing deep knowledge – born from proven results, not from lectures or theoretical training – and creating an absolute commitment to personalized service, meticulously tailored to each client.
