This complimentary service provides peace of mind, ensuring a secure, informed purchase at the best value.
Our search tools cover listings from all agencies and real estate websites, including both public access and paid, professionals-only platforms, as well as bank-owned properties and judicial sales (auctions). This ensures you find precisely what you’re looking for.
If the best property for you is being sold directly by the owner (without an agency listing), we won’t keep it from you. We’ll work to bring it into our listings before recommending you subscribe to the Exclusive Service. Should you choose to subscribe, the financial benefits of this service will outweigh its cost.
Our CMA is unmatched in precision and detail, backed by a full suite of scientific market research tools and on-the-ground knowledge of the area—making it the most powerful tool for understanding the property’s market position and making fully informed decisions. The value of a property isn’t determined by the amount we have available or by what we think is fair—it’s defined by what other buyers are willing to pay at that moment. Our CMA pinpoints it with precision.
